Project Mirror
At the forefront of specialized assessment and development programs comes a new way of addressing your project manager’s needs: Project Mirror. An individualized, one-on-one strengths and needs assessment -- Project Mirror is not a course -- it’s an intervention. Encompassing five days of rigorous experiential exercises and feedback, this is quick, targeted, highly focused development. Users participate in a variety of activities: individual presentations, interviews, problem-solving exercises, simulations and group and individual activities. Assessments are made by a trained team of organizational psychologists and senior project managers, measuring performance and effectiveness on many different levels, including leadership behaviors, and project management knowledge and skills. Follow-up includes further evaluation, performance measurement, and reassessment.
